Add support for Visual Studio 2013

description

Version 1.0.2 does not work with VS2013.

(I'm still using the version 1.0.2, because I use a bit unusual file referencing and the version 1.0.3 is not capable generating code behind for loading such files).

I haven't downloaded the preview yet but I'll do that tonight and see what I can do

Interesting. I only tried it on a virtual machine running Windows 8.1 Preview x86 + VS2013 Preview Premium. I'm pretty sure I set the VSIX to target VS Pro. I'll look into the problem

Thanks for the info again :)
